Calorie Burn Rate Calculator

The more active you are, the more calories you burn. Running or jogging, for instance, burns more calories than bowling. Carrying your clubs when golfing burns more calories than riding in a golf cart. Your weight also affects the number of calories burned: The more you weigh, the more calories you burn. Fill in your weight, and the calculator will provide you with a list of activities and an approximation of how many calories you will burn. If you haven't been active or you're older than 50, be sure to check with your health care provider before starting an exercise program.
